3.0 Our Purpose

Construction for Women CIC operates as a Community Interest Company.

 

Our mission is to empower women to access, train, and thrive within the UK construction industry through education, advocacy, and community support.

 

All profits are reinvested into our social objectives and not distributed for private gain.

4.0 Use of the Website

You may browse and use this Website for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

6.0 Courses, Events and Booking Policy

6.1 Bookings

  • Places on our courses, workshops, and taster days are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a formal registration confirmation from CFW.

  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking if eligibility criteria are not met, or if payment has not been received.

6.2 Payments

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Online payments are processed securely through our payment provider. CFW does not store or have access to your payment card details.

6.3 Cancellations and Refunds (Consumer Rights)

  • By the participant:

    • Cancellations received more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund.

    • Cancellations within 14 days of the event may be eligible for a partial refund at CFW’s discretion.

    • No refunds are available for cancellations made within 48 hours of an event or for non-attendance.

  • By CFW:

    • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any event or course.

    • In such cases, participants will be offered a transfer to another session or a full refund.

 

6.4 Transfers and Substitutions

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your place to another eligible participant with prior written consent from CFW.

7.0 Disclaimer

Our Website and training materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

 

While we aim for accuracy and quality, we make no guarantees as to completeness or suitability for any specific purpose.

 

CFW accepts no liability for actions taken based on Website content or course material.
