In-Kind Support
Our network of industry partners plays a vital role in advancing women’s careers in construction by providing a range of in-kind support. From large construction firms to local businesses, our partners help create real opportunities that break down barriers and build pathways into the sector.
With the support of our experienced team, we work closely with partners to organise meaningful engagement—whether that’s hosting site visits, offering work experience placements, or providing mentoring and volunteering opportunities.
Types of In-Kind Support:

Employment Opportunities: Offer entry-level roles or apprenticeships specifically for programme participants.Create opportunities through training, mentorship, and meaningful employment.

Work Experience & Placement Opportunities: Provide opportunities for hands-on learning through internships, apprenticeships, or job shadowing.

Volunteering & Mentoring: Individuals can become CFW mentors assisting in the development of young female professionals & students, or support participants at events and workshops as ambassadors; serving as a vocal advocate & representative of CFW.
