ABOUT UKREiiF
What is UKREiiF?
UKREiiF (the UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum) is the UK’s leading platform for conversations on property, infrastructure, housing, regeneration and place-based investment.
It brings together central and local government, major developers, contractors, consultants, investors and delivery partners in a single national forum — shaping policy, investment and delivery decisions across the built environment.
For Construction for Women, UKREiiF is the most powerful environment in the UK to expose young women to the reality of the sector — its scale, opportunity and career pathways.

What We Delivered in 2025
In 2025, Construction for Women delivered one of the most significant next-generation engagement programmes ever seen at UKREiiF.
CFW brought 156 young women into the forum, providing structured support to build confidence, industry understanding and professional networks — and connecting every participant into CFW’s long-term progression ecosystem.

Support Construction for Women at UKREiiF 2026
Construction for Women delivers its UKREiiF programme in partnership with organisations committed to building a more inclusive and sustainable built environment. Support enables access, structured learning, and long-term progression for young women who would otherwise face barriers to participation.
There are several ways organisations can support CFW at UKREiiF 2026.

Host a CFW Event or Workshop
Organisations can support the programme by hosting a CFW-led workshop, briefing, networking session or cohort activity during UKREiiF. This may take place within the UKREiiF venue or at nearby offices.
Support of this kind enables:
-
Structured, confidence-building sessions away from busy conference spaces
-
Direct engagement between participants and industry professionals
-
Practical insight into organisations, roles and real projects
Providing space or facilities is a highly valuable form of support, allowing CFW to deliver high-quality engagement alongside the main UKREiiF programme while reducing logistical barriers for participants.

Sponsor the CFW x UKREiiF Programme
Organisations can support Construction for Women at UKREiiF 2026 by partnering with us to deliver activity before, during and after the event.
Support helps fund CFW-led workshops and engagement at UKREiiF, remove cost barriers for students and early-career women, and provide structured post-event support including mentoring.
Partnerships can be tailored to align with organisational priorities around skills, inclusion, social value and workforce development. Impact is measured and shared to demonstrate meaningful outcomes beyond the event.

Provide Mentors and Industry Engagement
Organisations can also support by:
-
Providing mentors for the 12-month post-event programme
-
Contributing speakers to workshops or panels
-
Engaging with cohorts during or after UKREiiF
This ensures continuity beyond the event and strengthens long-term retention within the sector.
