Construction for Women Annual Gala 2026
A Landmark Evening for the Built Environment
The Construction for Women Annual Gala 2026 brought together over 200 senior leaders, contractors, consultants, developers, education providers and industry partners for an evening of leadership, celebration and sector-wide commitment to change.
More than a formal event, the Gala marked a pivotal moment for the built environment. The evening celebrated the progress being made through mentorship, workforce reform and the National Site Standard for Female Operatives, while raising significant social value to directly support pipeline development, inclusion initiatives and industry engagement programmes.
The room reflected the calibre of the movement — decision-makers, directors and delivery leaders aligned around one shared objective: building a stronger, more representative future workforce.
