CFW Gala 2027 Booking Terms and Conditions
Last Updated September, 2026
1. Event details
The CFW Gala 2027 will take place on Thursday 25 February 2027 at The Manchester Deansgate Hotel.

Construction for Women may make reasonable changes to the event timings, programme, speakers or running order where necessary.
2. Booking confirmation
All tickets and table packages are subject to availability.

Bookings made online are confirmed once payment has been completed and a booking confirmation has been issued.

Submitting an invoice request or receiving an invoice does not confirm a booking. Invoice bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Construction for Women.
3. Prices and payment
The price and inclusions for each ticket or table package will be shown on the booking page or invoice.

Any booking fees charged by Eventbrite or another booking platform will be shown during checkout.

Invoices must be paid by the date shown on the invoice. Construction for Women may release tickets or tables if payment is not received by the payment deadline.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to harry@constructionforwomen.co.uk.

Cancellations received on or before 26 January 2027 will be eligible for a refund of the ticket or table package price.

Cancellations received after 26 January 2027 will not normally be refunded. However, the booking may be transferred to another guest or organisation in accordance with section 5.

Any third-party booking fees will be handled in accordance with the terms of the booking platform.

No refunds will be provided for non-attendance.
5. Transfers and guest changes
Tickets and table bookings may be transferred to another guest or organisation without charge.

Any changes should be provided to Construction for Women by 18 February 2027. Changes requested after this date will be accommodated where reasonably possible but cannot be guaranteed.
6. If the event is cancelled or postponed
If Construction for Women cancels the Gala, customers will receive a refund of the ticket or table package price.

If the Gala is postponed, bookings will automatically transfer to the new date. Customers who cannot attend the new date may request a refund within the period stated in the postponement notice.

Construction for Women is not responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs incurred by guests.
7. Package inclusions and seating
Each booking includes only the benefits stated in the relevant package description.

Construction for Women will manage the final seating plan. Half Table bookings may be seated with guests from another organisation.

Priority positioning and other package benefits remain subject to the venue layout, event format and any stated branding deadlines.
8. Pay It Forward Tickets
A Pay It Forward Ticket funds a place for a CFW mentee or beneficiary selected by Construction for Women.

Purchasing a Pay It Forward Ticket does not provide the purchaser with admission to the Gala unless they also hold a separate guest ticket.
9. Guest information
The booking contact is responsible for providing accurate guest names, dietary requirements and accessibility requirements by the deadline provided.

Construction for Women and the venue will make reasonable efforts to meet notified requirements but cannot guarantee requests received after the deadline.
10. Guest conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other attendees, event staff and venue staff.

Construction for Women or the venue may refuse admission or require a guest to leave where their behaviour is unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate. A refund will not be provided in these circumstances.
11. Photography and filming
Photography and filming may take place during the Gala and may be used in Construction for Women’s communications and promotional materials.

Guests who do not wish to appear in identifiable photographs or footage should notify Construction for Women before the event or speak to the event team on arrival.
