Construction for Women delivers engaging, hands-on STEM outreach and taster sessions designed to introduce young girls to the diverse careers available in the construction industry.
Held at colleges, live sites, and community venues, these interactive sessions provide early exposure to construction roles and technologies, helping to inspire and challenge stereotypes.
In addition to taster days, we engage in careers fairs, site tours, and a range of educational outreach activities—including providing free construction-related resources—all designed to build confidence and expand opportunities before career paths are chosen.
